GoToResolve is an independent publisher covering the tools IT professionals use every day: remote access and support software, remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms, helpdesk and ticketing systems, and patch management. We research each tool, test the ones we can get access to, read through real user feedback, and write it all up in plain English.

All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We reference them only to describe and compare their products, as any reviewer does.
How we make money
Some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. This is a common model for review sites and it keeps our content free. Crucially, it does not change how we score products: a tool we earn nothing from can and does outrank one we do.
